Custom-Made Products

Because every print we produce is made specifically to order, our products are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind.

We'd always encourage you to review your order details carefully before placing it — particularly any personalisation, sizing or wording — as we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take real pride in the quality of our prints, and every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if your print arrives damaged in transit or there is a clear error in the print itself, we want to make it right.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@typeposters.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the fault or damage (please include photos of the packaging if the item was damaged in transit)

We'll review your claim and be in touch promptly. Where a fault or damage is confirmed, we'll offer either a replacement print or a full refund — we'll always try to find the best resolution for you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount — this is outside of our control but we'll always let you know once a refund has been raised on our end.
